Discovery Night

All in one night:

1) Monday-extended long weekends dont work party-wise. You'd think because it's a 3-day weekend, bars would extend their party nights to a Sunday, given that Mondays are still off, but no. bars are closed and even malls keep their 9pm closing sched because it's a Sunday.

2)the kids are partying longer, harder, and way drunk-er. Ended in a club for straight people. it was a sunday but they had a good crowd for a Sunday. there were enough people to make a party. and they were young. young enough to get you in trouble with DSWD and Bantay Bata. but they sure looked good, especially the girls. they were dressed to their eight-and-a halfs. im gay and even i could see that they were hot!

We went in around 12 midnight and some of them were already doused with alcohol. heck, some tables even had empty bottles of tequila. can somebody get their ID please?

3)Gay men have the better music. There were enough people to make a party and surely there was enough alcohol to get everyone on their feet, but without the right music it just doesnt fly. the DJ kept playing mashed-up and remixes but of music that werent even rleased as singles; so it was kinda tough to relate. where was ne-yo? sean kingston? usher? and lady gaga came only at around 230am? WTH?!?!?

4) Striaght men cant dance. fran derescher's "oye" just played in my mind. the girls are already doused in alcohol, wearing short, slinging to the body dresses--it takes one push to get them to bed. but when straight men dance like that, everything just gets thrown out the window. and im not talking about one particular group of men. it was the whole floor. the rhythm just dont cut it. here's a tip: stick to the sway, side to side and the girls will be ok with it. no matter what everybody says, dont get jiggy with it.
